Prices All prices are inclusive of UK VAT of 17.5% where applicable. This sales tax is not charged to customers outside the European Union, nor to EU commercial enterprises able to provide a valid EU sales tax registration number prior to shipment. Packing & Carriage Unless otherwise stated, carriage is normally chargeable on all orders. UK mainland shipments (excluding those to the Highlands of Scotland) in excess of £100 in value are however carriage free as a form of discount. For orders below this value the charging rate is £15 for the first 10kg plus £1 per kg thereafter. Goods will be sent by parcel carrier or by First Class post, in which case we act as agent for the customer in arranging delivery by the Royal Mail. We regret that it is necessary to apply a lump sum surcharge of £15.00 per order over and above the standard U K charging rate for shipments to the Highlands of Scotland to cover additional costs imposed by carriers. For delivery outside the UK mainland or for weekend delivery please ask for a quotation. Damage & Dissatisfaction Carriers insist on immediate notification of damage in transit. Please therefore advise us of any damage or other dissatisfaction within 72 hours of receipt so that we may arrange suitable replacement. Stock availability We make every effort to keep the list of plants on offer up-to-date. The cultivars offered are not usually produced in volume however and stock may be quickly exhausted. Export orders Orchid orders for shipment outside the European Union will require CITES and phytosanitary certification for which a charge may be made. Please ask for a quotation. The customer is responsible for obtaining any import permits required by his/her own country. Payment We are currently able to process payment by Visa, Mastercard, and Switch..
